European Food Ingredients Ltd Hull site opened in February 1997 after recognition of the need for expansion to remain fully competitive within the ever changing environment of the modern food industry. This has resulted in an extension to our range of services to include cleaning, blending, granulation and packaging.

The establishment of this site allows us greater control over our product and a higher level of flexibility in responding to our customers' individual requirements.

Precise quality control

The factory is equipped with a fully computer controlled Radix cleaning machine capable of scanning dry, fresh or frozen product at a rate of 2000 times per second ensuring any defects are quickly eliminated. Also installed online is a metal detection unit for the detection of ferrous, non ferrous and stainless steel particles.

We also have sieving and cutting facilities to deal with powders and granulates.

This greater involvement with our product highlights our continued commitment to providing superior service to our customers and we are pleased to advise that we can also offer our facility for contract cleaning, granulation, sieving and packing.
